It's a circuit breaker in the under hood junction block , circuit breaker #23 20 amp , Where is your antenna ,can you get at it ? Check for power at the antenna .The red wire, there is also a dark green with red stripe wirer . This is from the radio ,control signal to raise the antenna . Also check fuse H a 30 amp fuse in the under hood power distribution center .

If you had a professional scan tool & J2534 universal
programmer & bought a subscription from the manufacturer
for the needed software

If you can find a repair shop that does it,you should pay
about $ 350.00

No way I would pay $900.00

the sensor itself will be hidden, but you should see the tail of it with the wirers. usually near the throttle position sensor.
