I dont have the software but i do have the cord but idk how to download the pics to my computer!!!! plz help!!!!!!!!

plug in your mp3 player, and then click copy on the pic you want, and then go to my computer and click Paste on your mp3 icon. thats it.

you can readily transfer your pics to your computer using a bluetooth dongle thats attached to your pc. since your phone has bluetooth capability, you can do this by sending your pics thru bluetooth towards your computer. with bluetooth technology, you dont need an exact software to doenload the pics.

while purchasing it they must have provided u with a usb2.0 cable....u can connect the player with ur computer using tat cable and use it to add the pictures from your computer

As soon as i plug in the cord, the screen turns black and i cant view it on my computer.If you guys really want help, for your sake and my sake i'll ask my dad lol. He knows how to do it, there must be a way, or else thats just a total rip off!!!

If you've got a memory card in your phone, you can set the phone to show up as a usb drive.. 

probably like this:

settings> connection> usb> default> memory card

then plug the phone in and it should show up as a drive. 

if you've saved your pics to the phone memory instead of the memory card, you'll need to move them to the card, select each pic in the normal viewer, and press menu> move> memory card.

If you don't have a memory card, and don't want to get one, then pick up a copy of the motorola phone tools software, this will allow you to move pics on and off the phone, as well as put music on it, create ring tones, and back up your phone directory.
