Hi John, FixYa doesn't suplly any products or parts. This is an online community of experts who help users fix their product related problems. For your Dualit toaster, you might want to check the Dualit website: http://www.dualit.com/support Hope that helps
You can buy the elements from ebay uk and for 110 v also, they are so slim and light that they ship them in normal envelope and arrived in no time. You can follow the instruction in the link what to order and how to replace. We have the procedure here in this link http://www.fixya.com/support/r4472039-procedure_replacing_heating_elements Good luck
Inside your toaster there are eight heating element plates six in the center and one in left end and one in right end. Just switch on the toaster without any bread at maximum time and visualy inspect to see which side is becoming red and which not. Then you need to replace the element plates you see that they don't become red. Remember that the six in center are the same called "CENTER" and the other two on ends are the same called "END" They can easily be removed if you remove the bottom panel. Good Luck
No way to replace it your Dualit toaster is a toaster for life you just need to replace some element plates and this is normal every some years. My Dualit toaster is 18 years old I have replace a couple of times the element but is always working perfect and with st. steel finish look perfectly new and impresive.

If its a Dualit model then you should be able to get it repaired. Generally replacing parts on a Dualit is not easy but spares are usually available thanks to the fact that its one of the most well known commercial toasters on the market. Google and see if there's a repairer in your area.
your toaster is working correctly if both are off you are in BAGEL/BUN mode ( did i spell that wrong ? ) in that mode it will only toast the cut side .... Please if this answer helped , please rate this 3 or 4 stars . and keep me in the paid answer department . A 1 or 2 may knock me down into the unpaid ranks. Thanks Cactus Bob
please check and make sure the red button in front is pressed to the right so that all 4 slots will heat up.
if it is to the left, only the left 2 will heat up.

All the element's are available on e-bay u.k. for about 6.00 gbp. Alternativley you may be able to repair it. Put the toaster on it's side with the bottom facing towards you and the knobs on the top. Remove the crumb tray and then remove the bottom (usually the screws are located in the feet). There may be one more visible screw remove that too, then you will see a rail at the bottom that secures the element's in place. Loosen off the nuts at each end and slide the rail down, undo the two bolt's feeding the power to the element's and slide the element out.Go over it with a continuity meter and see where it's broken then move the element wire about to bridge the circuit.Test it again and reassemble. I repaired mine this way.Or, simply replace the element using the instructions above.Easy!
