I am very sorry to say unfortunately the
HP PAVILION 110-1030NR10.1" Mini Notebook PC does not has the inbuilt bluetooth device.
You need to buy a external bluetooth dongle..

I suggest that you download and install the latest version of the Bluetooth support software from the Acer web site.
First go to the Acer support web site:
http://us.acer.com/ac/en/US/content/drivers
Once you arrive at the site, select "Notebook" for Product Family.
Select "Aspire" for the Product Line
Select "Aspire 1640Z" from the Produce Model list
Below these selection, you can choose the version of Windows XP that you are using.
Once this choice has been made, you will see a list of drivers available. Find the Bluetooth driver software, download it, and install it.
Hopefully this will resolve your Bluetooth problem.
uninstall veriface. reinstall same software. to get the software visit consumersupport.lenovo.com, go to support and downloads. select u350 for the brand and notebook for family.
I had the same problem. BG2046 , Acer DVD was not able to solve the problem (Aspire 5738 ) I downloaded the update from Acer.co.in and then forced a have disk install of the driver from downloaded driver. Which installed my Bluetooth.
I included these links directly to dell's drivers and software downloads, the first is a direct link to the bluetooth driver the second has a list of all drivers and software for the D600.
You should first check your bios (F2 on startup) to make sure the bluetooth is enabled. Bluetooth was an option for the D600 and had to be ordered at time of purchase so if it doen't show in the bios then the option was not included with that particular laptop and downloading the drivers/software will do you no good.
