These folks sell a replacement keyboard for your model.

Either the accessory or user guide on Sony's site should provide you with instructions for replacing it.

Vgn t350p no sound
Hi,

Try the steps below, this should work:

  1. Restart the computer.
  2. Check the system volume to make sure the volume is not muted or too low.
  3. Ensure the volume control dial on the left side of the front panel is increased to an audible level.
  4. Plug in a set of headphones to see if there is sound through the headphones. NOTE: If there is sound through the headphones, the issue is with the speakers.
  5. Ensure the playback device is correctly selected .
  6. Select a sound scheme in Control Panel.
  7. Reinstall the sound drivers.
  8. Check for conflicts in Device Manager.
  9. Remove all added hardware to see if it is conflicting with the sound card.
  10. Reset the BIOS to the default values.
  11. Use the System Restore utility to restore the system back to a point when the sound last worked properly.
Download and install the Audio drivers from the below link:
