Hii, you can download all the driver of your Intel motherboard including graphics(VGA) at http://downloadcenter.intel.com/default.aspx?iid=gg_work+home_dowloads# . Go this site and at the left hand side, go to the desktop board and select your exact motherboard model. After selecting the model you just download the driver as per your requirement and install it.

Hello you can download a manual here:

You need adobe reader to read the content.

My guess is the power supply is failing try to change
it with one you know works.

Look also for bad capasitors on the mainboard:

They should not look like this.

If this is the problem the mainboard must be replaced.
It will exeed the price for a new mainboard to let them be changed.

Don't get alarmed, if you still have the boards manual you can install the front panel pins and switches.
If you have no manual, go to this site and download the manual you needed, when you got there download the drivers update for newer versions of programs.

Where can i get drivers for model P4VM800 for sound VIA AC'97 Audio controller
Click here to visit the support page. On the right side look for this icon:a89cfb6.jpg Click it, select your Windows version and you will then be presented with a list of drivers.

As of now, only Win XP & 2000 drivers are available.
