Hey i have a Samsung S5230 and i need to change the language. How do i do it?

Go to Menu > settings > phone settings > Language

If you don't understand arabic try putting it into google translate >>www.google.co.uk/translate
If you can't open the message I'm not sure, maybe your phone simply doesn't support arabic language?
try changing your phone language to arabic if it does support it
