How do you install the ink cartridge

First, turn off the printer. Then open the print-carriage access door.

After the print carriage moves, push down on the top of the print cartridge to release it and pull it toward you. Once removed from the slot, you may now insert the new print cartridge.

You have to push the new print cartridge into the slot at a slight angle until it clicks into place.

Then close the print-carriage access door.

I hope this helps.
