Manual convergence should fix the problem if it does not the set most likely either has a bulb burnt out or a bulbs power / focus needs to be adjusted by taking off the panel and finding a 6 screw control panel

...
...

should look like that 3 screws in a row on top of another three screws each of thees control the power and focus of each color this is a somewhat delicate process and is a huge pain on larger tvs that you cannot completely see the picture or color while you are directly under in front of it so I had my gf come in the room and sit across to let me know which color was doing what if you dont have someone you will need to check after each adjustment

now the diagnostic
as i said each screw controls a colors power and focus the focus is used if you see an outline of a color around pictures if everyone looks like a dead jedi with a blue aura around them the blue focus needs to be adjusted and so on for each color if you skies or blue screens seem feint your blue power probably needs to be turned up and so on for each color

if through the course of this you can see the bulbs and notice one is out your probably looking at dealing with the color issue until the time you can purchase a new tv as the cost of the bulb and the technician needed to install it as they are wired to a circuit board and requires technical knowledge and tools

hope this helped

Red band at top of tv

Hi,if its a an LCD RPTV it sounds like a light engine problem.Basically your tv uses 3 LCD chips that create the image .Each chip is like a tiny screen that blend together to get the colors and picture right. They are green, red and blue. When they start to fail you will start to get color discoloration or that red band you are getting.May the Lord Jesus bless you!

Has a shadow on picture. Red, Green is not alligned

You need to set your convergence. Check your owner's manual on how to do it. I'm not sure the exact procedure on that model, but usually you can find it in the setup menu of the tv. What you're trying to do is line the red and the blue up perfectly with the green so that they all blend together to give you one picture.
