How to replace drivers side window - 1995 Isuzu Rodeo

was regulator bad? did it work from drivers side switch before you did regulator repair?..if so passenger side switch wiring has issue and is not sending signal through it back to the drivers side master switches.. otherwise you need to pin test for power up power down on drivers side switch and repair that if issue going to the window on passenger side.. (possible pinched at door jam area common)

You may be having problems with the motor drawing too many amps and kicking out a circuit breaker. If this is the case, you will have to replace the window motor.Check the window switch too.It can also be the cause of window not working.You can check both the window as well as switch with voltmeter or a test light to confirm which part is faulty. driver side window motor gone check for continuity at connector before replaceing motor

I don't know everything there is to know about window motors, but I have seen this before, both mine went out at the same time, not together but a couple weeks apart, like they were dated. Anyway, I replaced both motors, then both operators. Now they both work fine. I would hang on to the old motor, you never know, it might be good, You might have a bad switch on the door, I had to take my switches apart on my other truck and clean the contacts, got both motors working again, Hope this helps.

Hi" make sure your window lock is not active on drivers window switches if ok replace passenger side window switch,its not your motor ,it would,t work whit driver side switch

Yes you will have to replace switch on drivers door. That is where the problem is.

Before you replace anything, inspect the connector pins in both the driver's door switch and the passenger door switch. If you don't find any problem with these connector pins, replace the driver's door control switch.

if the drivers side switch is the only one that doesnt work it needs replaced confirm by making sure the passenger door switch works the passenger window
