Printing to Xerox XD125F

you can't find one. What you can try is install an older driver or a standard printer driver. that might give you some functions

Replace the toner, try rocking it 1st but be careful of spills.

The spec sheet has the toner cartridge and drum cartridge part numbers (listed as Supplies)

Toner Cartridge 6R914;
Drum Cartridge 13R551

When copier has printed about 18,000 pages the J2 drum cartridge light will come on. The unit will print about another 1,000 pages before the unit stops working until the drum cartridge is replaced.

Waste ink reservoir is probably full. Needs to be emptied.

This printer is very dumb, you have to tell it from which tray to feed. change on the operating panel or in printer properties.

The XD100 has a manual feed on the right side of the device. You can slide the guides to fit the envelope. Use the envelope printing in your program and I believe you need to specify the size of the envelope in the driver. I think you want to feed the envelope face down (side to be printed down) to have it print on the correct side, but I could be wrong. One way to check of course, try it one way and if it prints on the wrong side, flip it over. There may be an image on the feed slot that shows which side to use.

Does the printer show up when you unplug it from the USB port and plug it back in? Does it say New Hardware or Printer found?
Does it print from a parallel port or does your computer have one?
Unlikely the cable since I have used those on that product before.
If it will print from a computer parallel to parallel, I would suspect the cable obviously.
You can take the back off the printer and reseat the board, and connectors.
What happens when you popo the printer itself?

Does it keep showing that after you replaced the toner cartridge?
