Dvd disk error and check disk error both are same error. The name is different. In both cases the lens in the dvd unit needs to be checked. The lens is either moved from its position or getting blocked by any dust or any dirty stuff got stuck up on the thin lens glass internally.
In some cases the lens is cracked so the lens assembly needs replacement. But first try cleaning the lens with a dry tissue. You can also try blowing air from air blower first.Blow air in the unit where the disk is inserted/placed.Then check. If still same then the unit needs to be removed out to disassemble to clean the lens manually and also this will help to know if lens is cracked or faulty.

Thanks. keep updated for any more query.you can rate this solution and show your appreciation.

2003 Honda civic coupe stuck in park, with no power at all when key turned in ignition. The battery is not depleted and the starter was replaced within this year. Please help!

First thing you need to do is male sure your battery connections are good. I'd they. Are then move on to having the battery check. These cars won't come out of park with a dead or low battery. Hope this helps.

Navigation not working get disk reading error message upon starting car and every few minutes afterward

Check for a scratched or dirty Navi DVD disc. Clean or have the scratches polish out at your local game store. Video game stores usually have a disc repair machine that polishes out scratches.
Note: In some cases the Navi unit can cause rotational scratches on the DVD. If this is the case than the Navi unit will have to be replaced.

2003 Accord. Navigation/radio/display system does not load.

I've reads post here suggesting disconnecting the battery for one hour. Couldn't hurt to try it.

Also try ejecting the Navi Disk, inspecting it for any damage, wait a few minutes and reinserting. The disk contains not only the navigation Database, but also part of the operating system.

DO NOT TRY INSERTING A OLDER NAVI DISK OR ONE FROM ANOTHER VEHICLE, THAT COULD DESTROY THE NAVI UNIT!!

If you need a new Honda Navi Disk, order it direct at https://www.hondanavi.com/Hondadvdsales/naviorder.php

Good Luck

2004 Honda Accord touch screen will not accept code numbers

DOES SYSTEM INTAKE CODE YOU TYPE AND RETURN WITH ERROR MESSAGE OR JUST PLAIN HAS LOCKED SCREEN? SYSTEM IS DESIGNED SO THAT IF INCORRECT CODE IS INPUT MORE THAN THREE TIMES SYTEM LOCKS ITSELF.WHICH REQUIRES THAN THE NAVI UNIT BE UNPLUGGED FROM BATTERY POWER FOR ABOUT 5-10 MINS TO RESET ITSELF.NOW INCORRECT CODE CAN BE DUE TO WRONG CODE/SERIAL # CARD FOR VEHICLE, UNIT HAS BEEN REPLACED IN PAST POSSIBLY AND YOU ARE INPUTING CODE FROM OLD UNIT UNKNOWINGLY. YOU ALSO WANT TO MAKE SURE CODE YOU ARE TRYING TO INPUT IS FOR NAVI-SYSTEM AND NOT THE RADIO CODE FOR THE STEREO. IF ALL ABOVE CHECKS OK THEN NEXT STEP WOULD BE TO REMOVE UNIT TO RETRIEVE SERIAL NUMBER FROM BACK OF NAVI UNIT THEN GO TO NEAREST DEALARSHIP WHO CAN THAN RUN S/N THROUGH HONDA IN SYSTEM AND RETRIEVE CORRECT CODE FOR THAN SERIAL NUMBER. LET ME KNOW HOW IT GO'S

Honda accord coupe 2003

Depends on how it's done. If you do it, it could be about $2500-$3000. you will have to pull all the necessary hardware, transmission, computer, wiring harness and other parts from a car that has a stick. And swap them over.
