1) I can't find anything about this label printer online other than a picutre and that it was sold by both Staples and Office Depot. Without the user manual for guidance, one simply does not know what keys will generate the labeling you wish. What ever paramenters have been set c.annot accept your following input. For instance if a you had a margin of five inches and the print paper was only 3 inches, you likely would have an error message generated when you entered enough data for 5 inches. (This is a two line printer so I really don't know if it has a wrap around function or not, i. e. wrapping the extra length of text to the next line). In other words, your instruction set to the printer is such that whatever text you are entering is not permitting by the instruction set. You badly need the manual.
Hi, If you can't get it to work, try to do a factory reset.
Turn the unit off, then Hold the PRINT and ESC key down and then Press the power button. KEEP HOLDING THE Print and Esc key down for 2 seconds and then release both of them. You should see a message in the display INT?, Press SET to Reset your printer, or Esc to cancel.
Hope this helps.

When it says "DATA ERROR", press any key. Next, you should get prompted with "INITIALIZE?". The key to solving this problem is to press the "SET" key. Turn off your label maker, then turn it back on. Should be back in action now, enjoy!
Hi. I can help you. Remove all of the batteries. Let it sit for two minutes while it resets. Reinstall the batteries being careful to honor the polarity. Turn it on and you should be up and running. If you still have the problem return it.
to reset memory
