I have a Casio GS-300 watch. I need to change the batteries, but cannot figure out how to get the back off. Do you have any ideas as to how I can do this.

This is one of those watched with multiple dials and dozens of functions. It sounds like there is an hourly repeating alarm at 10 minutes to the hour. All time zones are synchronised to the top of the hour. The best thing to do is remove the batteries for 2 minutes and replace them. Then set the time again.
From memory you either press the A + C buttons at the same time or it will give you the option to turn it off during the time setting function. Most Casio instructions are available online through Casio
I have the answer how to stop the hourly beeping on watch f91w you press c button on left bottom and right button at same time as pressing left bottom button and that will remove the alarm pic at top and it will then turn off the hourly beeping. About the watch f91w.
