Streaks on color copie

I'm using a canon copier as a printer...printing double sided on 11x17 glossy paper. The paper is Hammermill copier paper...thicker paper, but made for copier. Worked well for a while, but now prints have streaks in certain areas (always the same spot on the page). Looks as though the toner is getting scraped off that spot (kindof like a comb pattern) before it is getting fused to the paper. Toner scraped from one area and builds up in another area.....scraped area has no toner....looks like the paper with toner is moving past something before it is fused and that something scrapes the toner...pulling streaks of it from where it should be and depositing it nearby...where it shouldn't be. Makes sense? Thoughts on the issue.

Thanks for your help.

You must pull 2 sided glossy from the stack bypass and set on color paper.
