type LIVE and send to 2567 from your mobile, you will receive settings....
For Mobile office type MO and send to 2567 you will receive settings accordingly....
Check to see if the aqua strip is pink. if so then you will need to see your cellular provider. if not insure that the battery is charged and installed correctly with the sim card if needed. If it still doesnt work I would check on my warranty status.
changing sim card.............flip phone over....take back off...........take battery out.....take sim out replace it...put battery in..............cover back on done deal....
hi there ive found ur problem ive actually done the same thing u have 2 go under ur contacts and the go options and the after that go to copy 2 sim or if thats not there select multiple to and then u have the options copy 2 sim card
