It just happened, going along fine then ice maker stopped making ice, I think there may be stopped up or plugged, how do I fix it without calling a service man?
It's not possible for this to be self-repaired as there might be some internal damage. have a professional take a look at it before you use it any further.

If ice maker is not filling with water then fill with tap water and allow to freeze. If ice maker cycles and then does not refill then this points to water control valve. If that happens replace water control valve. Ifice maker does nothing but freeze water to ice then the ice maker will need replaced or parts causing problem fixed. Please call Sub Zero at 1-800-222-7820 and they will refer you to one of their six authorized parts and service centers. Thank You, Sea Breeze
The ice maker inside the refrigerator needs to be replaced because the thermostat in the ice maker itself never makes so the ice maker always thinks it has water in it acording to the thermostat so it never attempts to dump or refill.
If the water is also going into the ice maker then the water inlet valve on the back where the water supply connects is bad. It's opening both valves or leaking across when the ice maker call for water. Does water go to the ice maker when you try the water dispenser. If not the wires on the valve may be on the wrong plugs. Swap them around and see what happens.
I have the same model. This has happened to me several times (usually when the door was kept ajar without notice). Simply open the door, take a common hairdryer and blow at high speed (hottest also) all around the area of where you can feel the ice in the tray, but hasn't dumped yet. It will usually take about 5-8 minutes of consistently moving back and forth around that area. What has happened is the lines bringing water to the trays have frozen over. When you "thaw" them out, the ice made will dump in about 45 minutes. When you hear the ice fall, you will know it's in working order again. I have NOT heard this is a "flawed" icemaker, only that it is hypersensitive to freezing lines when a door is left ajar. In your case, to prevent this from happening again. If you shut the icemaker off again, make SURE you turn off the source of the water feed BEFORE you turn off the ice maker. By doing this, the lines will empty as it makes it's last tray of water. Try that - very confident it will fix your problem!
The same thing happened to me. If you pull the refrigerator out and remove the large silver panel, you will see the water lines on the left. The line going to the ice maker was fine, but the line going to the water dispenser was split. You may have the same issue.
good sign its flashing , woth door open depress the left side flap oppiste the blinkin light. does the light then go solid red??? i fso its an indication that the electricl eye is operating ok .
theres a screw 1/4 in. along the right side underneath the icemaker itself, youll need to removeit and the cover its holding down. you can then slide the ice maker assy foward and out of machine,There will be another litle tab along loeft side uder ice maker youll need to depress to ppulll unit out. pry off the white cover from front of the ice maker assy itself and have a look at the main gear 2 in. round, is it broken off, or on its way top breaking( sometimes the tabs that hold it on to the ice maker module itself break preventing operation, if this is the case youll need to repalce the ice maker assy.
I had this same thing happen and I just fixed it! After returning from a long trip, I threw out the old ice (now mostly shrunk), but no new ice was being made. The tray where the ice is made was completely empty/dry (maybe any ice cubes there had "shrunk" away to nothing as well? perhaps part of what keeps the freezer "frost free"?).
So I filled the tray with water using a small measuring cup -- which is what the manufacturer suggests when the refrigerator is new. Now it's making ice again just fine! This might or might not work for you, but trying it won't cost you anything.
