I have a razr V3xx. The phone currently will not go past the boot screen.

Hold the star and the pound key down at the same time while turning it on. You may have to take out the battery and put it back in first. If it will enter boot loader mode then you can possibly reflash the software back onto it. Try looking in modmymoto dot com for needed files and software. good luck
