Check to see if the WEBcam driver has been installed in Device Manager, if nit then install the WEBcam driver.

You can download the WEBcam and device drivers from Dell WEB site, the support download page. Make sure you select your model desktop or laptop, better still, type in the Service Tag number, it is printed on the label on the bottom of the laptop and on the back or sides of a desktop. (If the Service Tag label is missing then go into the BIOS setting and on one of the BIOS pages, the Service Tag number will be displayed). This will open the page where the specific drivers for your model computer are located. Also make sure you select the Windows of the drivers for your Windows operating system. Hello. Now that you have windows 7 you need to download a new driver for your webcam that is compatible with windows 7. Go to Dell.com and select the driver you now need. J.

It seem like the drivers those you have are may not be updated or may be corrupted.
Download the latest drivers from the below website.
Then uninstall your old drivers from your laptop and reboot.
Then install the new audio drivers according to the Operating System that you are using (XP/ VISTA).
Again reboot your computer and it should work perfectly fine.

It is very likely that the Dell operator was right and the bluetooth option is not installed on your system. You will have to buy a USB bluetooth dongle or adapter.
click on control panel click on bluetooth devices if its there, is there anything listed as available? also in control panel click on system > device manager and see if any bluetooth devices are listed there. If not you don't have the option built in to your laptop

Please try re installing your operating system. (Genuine windows xp or vista recommended)

go to dell.com.... search for their toll free numbers.. call their tech support.. they will solve your problem for free.

You have to reinstall the driver for webcam. You can download it from here> Driver for Webcam

open your my computer, click on "c" the system will tell you the information is hidden, click on the link and open up the operating system and look in the drivers or there in C and se if you can find you web cam driver, when you find it you might have to force the opening of the driver to install, and once you do that plug your web cam in and see if the system see's it and installs the drivers for the cam, if you installed the driver origanally witht he web cam installed you will have to remove the web cam and unistall the driver and re install it and then plug the web cam back in, and that should help correct the problem.

If you haven't reinstalled vista then the web cam should be listed in the control panel under scanners and cameras. If vista has been reinstalled here is a link to the web cam driver
