Hi, seems like everyday I'm getting new problems with my system. I have CRE Database 12.0031 Product Version: 12.0.0.0 Windows XP For some reason when I try to bring up my employees' total minutes worked for the week, I am missing a huge chunk of their day's work. Basically from 6/6 - 6/10 the database does not show their working hours. Is there anyway to bring that back, or did I somehow royally messed up? Please help me!! Thanks again!

With your previuos problem and now this, it might be wise to reload RPE and SQL Server. Be sure to backup database first. Then uninstall RPE and delete all folders dealing with CRE. Uninstall SQL server and all related software. You can then install both from the CD or download. You will probably need to reregister RPE. Then restore your database.

If this seems a little more than you wish to handle, I'm available. [email protected]

Did you check time management to see if there was anything there for your employees. Go to OPTIONS, then EMPLOYEE MAINTENANCE, then TIME MANAGEMENT. Adjust the start and stop date and choose which employee to look at.

Access database 2003 problem with a copy of database file. How to fix?

You say corrupt, in what way exactly? Do you get any specific error numbers/messages?

Have you tried Access repair program? Compact and Repair. If not, use it. But ensure that you made a backup, it is necessary because all the recovery tips can make the damage even worse.

Also try Jet Compact Utility. This tool created by Microsoft and it is much like Compact and Repair, but more successful in repairing.

If no one of above advice helps, then perhaps you need more powerful solution. In this case try to run a good third-party. I would recommend Recovery Toolbox for Access. It must help you. https://access.recoverytoolbox.com/

HI, Usually the reason that you are getting this message is that you might not yet registered the licence for your windows XP. IF you have a legitimate copy of XP. all you need to do is to register XP using that product key.
Thank you for using Fixya, your recommendation is highly appreciated for the free support.

Hi ralph81
The problem is that you are now running a Windows 7 64-bit system on your computer and your product dosen't seem to be compatible to it .
A solution could be a workaround : install a virtual version of Windows XP on your system . You ' re welcome back if you need further assistance or information . Just add a comment below .

if you backed up your database from CRE, you should be able to simply "restore" it to any newer version, it should take care of the conversion automatically

I have cre Database 12.0031 Product Version: 12.0.0.0 Windows xp I am trying to delete information for "cash customer" under Manager > Customer Maintenance > Customer #101 Cash Customer. Can you...

Open table usually means you have an invoice on hold. Check your on hold invoices and clear that up.
Are you trying to delete the #101 Cash Customer. The system should not allow you to do that and might be causing a conflict when you try to run the report.

E-MU 1616. Problem installing drivers

"I am running windows XP proffessional 5.1 on a HP (compaq) dc7600.
Could this be the problem?"

It could be. Bring up your system properties box (Windows key + Pause/Break key). Is that the version shown at the top right on the GENERAL tab?

Is there some reason you have not installed service pack 2 or 3? Of course if you're running an illegal copy of Windows you can't, but I mean any legitimate reason? If we can eliminate the problem with installing the latest service packs we can move forward.
