Why won't washing machine use the fabric conditioner
Usually this occurs when the siphon is clogged.

Try pouring warm water into the fabric conditioner tank.

Alternatively, carefully put a piece of kitchen paper towel in the fabric conditioner and run a cycle to see if the paper towel is damp. If not damp, then the washing machine isn't sending water into the conditioner tank.

Fabric conditioner not taken or not dispensed.
take out the drawer that the powder and conditioner goes in. the conditioner spout to allow the liquid to empty from the drawer will be blocked with a mixture of powder and conditioner. clear it thru with a sharp screwdriver or similar and wash under the tap. replace back in place should empty fine then. hope this helps.
