I recently purchased a dell studio 1737 laptop, it only has a 60gb hdd, so i purchased a 120gb hdd, but i cannot load windows 7, anyone help? thanks in advance

Check the AHCI setting in the Bios or System Setup and make sure it says SATA or Large Drive Support.

If it is on SATA change it and see what happens.

I have been using this scanner for several years and have recently bought a Windows 7 laptop. How do I load this scanner onto Windows 7?

Thank you for using FixYa

If Win7 did not recognize the scanner, you will need to go the manufacturer? of the scanner and see if you can download a new driver. It is possible, that there has not been a new driver written for it, and in that case it may not work al all.
Try this link for campatable drivers.

Can i play Civ II on my brand new mac?? or do i need an older mac

Civ II is a fairly old game. It seems that your PC runs Windows XP or earlier. It is likely that the site you read was correct, and your computer is too new to run it. However, you may be able to get another newer version of Civ for Mac, but check the system req's for any game you try to install. I don't know for sure if this is the case, but I hope this helps you somewhat.

Make sure you have the 1.22 Rev A patch and then get the new fix (both links are on the page linked above).
