due to some virus attack the files which are needed for some operation(firmware) has got corrupted ....
if you give restore factory it will become right ...

if problem persists then you must get installed with the new firmware(this is called as flashing) ....
if you have the special DKU series cable you can only do it yourself ...
if not you must contact the technician ...
while purchasing of the DKU series cable which is specially designed to reset any codes,for flashing ,etc they will provide manufacture cd which consists of the software for the connectivity with the pc & it offers those special functions ...
