the default is either 0000 or 00000, if that didnt work, you'll have to get the phone re flashed ( re install its software at a service center) or you can search on the net how to do it. here's a site that might get you started:

its simple go to this link http://www.omnius-server.com/download intall it. find your phone model and click the unlock tab. a prompt will pop up *unlock network lock by reset *user code reset <--- click on it and follow the instructions
