The drivers for my mp4 are not installing on my laptop. Can you please tell me where I can find drivers for those mp4 players made in China?

Try connecting to different USB slot!! and try changing the cable too!!

there is no current soloution, there is a virus on the net that completly wipes all information off mp4's including the driver files, repair files and mp4 player files.
the only temporary way to fix it is to either find another mp4 and copy the sofware off that and install the divices from the copied folder, or somehow download the files off the net.

I think u should try to press the button softly.. and release it softly.. else try formating the player...!!! Give me a fixya buddy...!!!
