My MotoQ gets off on its own and it will restart. I have checked tha battery and ensured that it is full. Then also the problem persists. Mostly when i press the button to make a call or to receive a call, the phone gets off and restarts.
Sometimes when my playing my music, its stops after sometimes indicating some error. It also hangs sometimes. What's the problem?????

I am afraid there can be a plethora of possible problems here. But I recommend trying a few things before going to your dealer. First, try removing the battery and replacing it. Second, I recommend quality battery care. Read the owners manual for how to maintain your battery. It may be helpful to allow your battery to run all the way down. Then recharge it to full (but do not overcharge your batter). Then run it all the way down again. Third try replacing the battery or having a second one handy. Fourth, try removing any programs you added and then reinstall them one at a time. Finally, IF ALL ELSE FAILS try a Master Reset. Remember that a master reset will delete everything you have added to your phone. To do this you need to go to Start, System Tools, Master Reset. Good luck.

If you are getting data corruption errors from your Motorola Moto Q, then it sounds like the firmware of your
phone has become corrupted.
This
is a very common
situation with many phones.
The good news is that if you take your
phone into your carrier's store, they can reflash it for you right there
(if they have a competent tech handy.)
If you are comfortable
with computers etc, you
can also do it yourself.
My only warning for you is that if
you are going to flash your phone yourself, you need to get the correct
firmware from motorola's site for your carrier. I just downloaded the
Verizon firmware as an example - Motorola's website has about ten
different carrier firmwares for their MotoQ phone.
I can help you with your Motorola Moto Q randomly restarting problem.
What has most likely happened is that the firmware of your phone has become corrupted. When this happens your phone will act erratically, freeze, or no longer finish (or even start) its boot sequence.
This is a very common situation with many phones; also with MP3 players, GPS devices and cameras.

If you are comfortable with computers etc, you can also do it yourself. Your computer will communicate with and fix your phone, even though it doesn't seem to recognize it right now - I've seen this many many times.

Your system software / firmware has become corrupted. You need to download and install replacement firmware for your phone. You need to choose the correct firmware for your exact model and service provider / carrier for it to work.
I wrote fixya tip on how to do this a few months ago, the links are below. But don't use the verizon firmware unless verizon is your carrier - get your carriers firmware from Motorola's MotoQ website.
Or, just take it into your service providers store and get them to do it.
