My Sony Ericsson won't save unknown numbers in calls history

Check to see if ur call log is full and if it is u need to delete the history to begin storing future calls again and this needs to be done regularly to prevent this happening again.

You only save message on SIM card. There is no way to save message in phone memory. W935 can store only 100 SMS. And you cannot save it to phone memory or phone card.

You might have to go under you cellphone's settings and see if there is a tab for call settings. Maybe you'll find what you're looking for in there.

If you are on t mobile you can ring them and ask for a phone unlock,its not illegal to unlock your own phone.

If you want to do it yourself

If you enter wrong password for more then 5 times,it ll ask you to enter the puk number....now call your customer care and
get the puk number...enter the puk number in the space given for password....thats it...problem is fixed
If you had locked your mobile then update the formware all saved passwords will be deleted.

When you say won't save do you mean when you click save it won't or the numbers don't appear ?
