Sidekick ID I dont know how to tighten the lcd screen and my screen is white so what should i do

I have a sidekick id when u turn it off the screen stays white what is the problemspan.jajahWrapper { font-size:1em; color:#B11196; text-decoration:underline; } a.jajahLink { color:#000000; text-decoration:none; } span.jajahInLink:hover { background-color:#B11196; }

The white screen may be an indication that the lcd connector has come.
