Your probably looking at the control module number or something in that area. When you have the ceiling assy off as in cleaning filters, look for a sticker directly on the base of the roof unit. Look all around on that base, even behind wiring harness, you should find a model number and serial number.

I have the exact same unit with this information found as described on a sticker on the bottom of the base unit. I also can't find this model on the Dometic site.

Need the schematics for 6721A or 6723A Coleman RV air conditioner

Check this link but look for model number on base of roof unit. Roof unit will be one number and whatever ceiling assembly will determine what to do with wiring.

I have a new Salem travel trailer with Dometic products. Everything appears to work fine, but when I run my furnace and it turns on, my fan blows from my AC unit. I have owned 2 other RV's but...

Yes it sure does sound like something may be wired wrong, Could you please reply with model number of your AC unit as well as thermostat model? To find your AC unit model number if you don't already have it, remove your ceiling air filter assembly, and it should be on the base of the roof unit, facing you.
The base of the roof (upper) unit will have a model and serial number, and if you see a control box where all the wiring attaches as well, get model number from that too if you will. Those numbers should make it easier to determine exactly where the problem is. Thanks.

Installing rv roof airconditioner heat strip

I see what you see also in the manual. The difference is the Heat Strip package that part is optional and the 600212-001 with the optional heat strips becomes the new 600315-001 I talked to Dometic Duo-Therm and the models are the same but they both are not heat pumps but the new heat strip package comes on when told to go into heat mode when you change the thermostat to heat. The part you purchased will fit both model numbers you listed for your roof top air conditioner. Thanks, Sea Breeze

My Dometic Rv ac is not cooling but, the fan does run..

Can you give me the model number of your AC unit. There should be a sticker on the bottom of the upper (roof) unit, that you can see when you take the filter down from the ceiling inside. Also need to know if it's a wall thermostat and what brand/model, or are the controls at the ceiling.

TRYING TO FIND THE RIGHT DUCTED AIRCONDITIONER COLMAN. FOR 1995 TRAILER

The upper unit doesn't matter ( the actual ac unit on roof ) it's the lower control unit (inside at ceiling) that you need to change to use either ducted or non-ducted system. Any RV dealer can supply that, probably have it on the shelf. Just make sure you write down the model number and serial number, off the bottom of the upper unit, so they can match lower unit to it, for ducted system.

Lance RV A/C problems

Are you sure those are the number of the base of the upper (roof) assy, and not off the lower assy ( ceiling assy) ? Try calling 1-574-294-2511 ( dometic) they can confirm if model # is currently new model. 63... is fairly current so maybe the 64... latest.
