I have a Presario / Windows XP. When I bought the computerit was programed with Microsoft Words Programs.I still have Spreadsheet,letters ,envelopes and several others. When I click on Word prossesing now I get a response that the LTKRN13N.dII Application canot be found. I bought a Microsoft program for WORKS (WORD PROSSING) it still does the same thing. If your windows operating system and microsoft office application program are license to microsoft you need not need to purchase that said application, because that is the bug of their program and needs only updates, else if the this not encountered before and you have all the installer of this said application program. you have to unistall the program and reinstall it again after restarting the system.

else if all this not work, you need to reformat and reinstall again the operating system and all drivers and the application program.
