Hello,

If your windows operating system and microsoft office application program are license to microsoft you need not need to purchase that said application, because that is the bug of their program and needs only updates, else if the this not encountered before and you have all the installer of this said application program. you have to unistall the program and reinstall it again after restarting the system.

if this not work, maybe you need to scan your system for viruses: you can scan online here: http://www.precisesecurity.com/antivirus/online-scan.htm

else if all this not work, you need to reformat and reinstall again the operating system and all drivers and the application program.

PS: pls do not rate me if my solution not solve the issue and you need more further information. but if is invaluable solution rate me fixya.

.How to compose a letter on my Acer Aspire

Did your new Acer Aspire come with a operator manual or some instructions. Usually these come with a diagram showing where all keyboard keys are and what they do. If this isn't what your looking for try pushing the "F1" key, this should take you to the help for your machine. As for typing a letter, you should have a software program called "Microsoft Works" look for it in your list of "all programs". It is a combination of word processor, spreadsheet and a few other really nice software programs. Good luck with your new Acer.

Lost SP3 windows xp home edition version 2002 how do i get it back or do i need to I have automatic updates turned on when I look at programs beside it ,there no file size? also how do I fix error...

If you mean no file size showing up in "Add / Remove Programs"
thats because it's integrated / uninstallable but registered.

Error: 0x80070005, is that when you access "Microsoft Update"?

As for repairing SP3 Read more here:
http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/help/learn-how-to-install-windows-xp-service-pack-3-sp3

and you probably have to go for option:
"Manually installing SP3 using the Microsoft Download Center or a CD"

Letters print out cancelling other words

there is a feature on your computer to switch between "insert" which inserts words at the point of your cursor, without being destructive to other text, and "overwrite" mode, which replaces current words/text with what you type. in Microsoft Word or other word processing programs, you can see a small symbol representing either "INS or OVR" in the bottom status bar. to switch between these modes, press the "Insert" key on your keyboard (also labeled "Ins" on some keyboards), this toggles the insert/overwrite mode back and forth.
Good luck!
