There is no Vista or Windows 7 drivers for Creative Labs 0040 camera.
You will have to purchase a new camera.

The website says it's an item that is at the end of its service life.

And support is limited to automated support, there.

I also couldn't find the Video Blaster Go Webcam Plus, just the Video Blaster Webcam Plus.

Download it and install it and restart the computer for the changes to take place.
