Can i insert my microSD card from my cell phone into my laptop?

Remove the back cover by holding the phone firmly then slide in the back cover of the handset. You will now see your MicroSD and SIM card slots. Take your SIM card and slide it into the slot provided with the chip facing down. You will also see a small diagram showing you which way to insert the SIM card. Now slide open your MicroSD memory card slot gate, pop your MicroSD memory card into the slot, then close the MicroSD memory card slot gate by sliding it forward then backwards.

To transfer pictures (via a memory card) to a PC requires a microSD Memory Card, Memory Card Adaptor & Memory Card Reader. The microSD memory card MUST first be formatted, by the phone, in order for the phone to create the destination folders. Please note that the minimum size limit for the microSD memory card is 32MB.

This phone will support the use of a microSDHC 16GB capacity memory card. However, for optimal performance Samsung recommends using a card no larger than 2GB.

To learn how to format the microSD memory card, using the phone,The plug-in microSD memory card and its contents can be easily damaged by scratches or bending. Use caution when inserting or removing the card and keep all memory cards out of reach of children.

Warning: Formatting a memory card will permanently delete all current content.

To format a microSD memory card follow the steps below:

1. Insert a microSD memory card into the memory card slot, located under the battery cover
2. From the standby screen, press Menu
3. Press Settings
4. Scroll down then press Memory Management
5. Press Memory Card Details
6. Press Format
7. Press Yes to confirm formatting the microSD Memory Card

Caution!: Do not repeatedly format a Memory Card as this shortens it's service lifeWARNING: Formatting the microSD Memory Card will permanently erase all data

To transfer pictures (via a memory card), from the phone, to a PC follow the steps below:

1. Insert the formatted microSD memory card into the memory card slot, located under the battery cover
   
   1. When correctly inserted, the memory card icon is displayed
   1. From the standby screen, press Menu
   2. Press My Stuff
   3. Press Pictures or Videos to view the contents
   4. Press Manage
   5. Press either Move or Copy
   6. Press each image to check their box or press All to check All boxes
   7. Press either Move or Copy
   8. Press Memory Card
   9. Press either Pictures or Videos
   10. Press Paste Here to Move or Copy the Photo(s)/Video(s) to the microSD memory card
   11. Remove the microSD memory card from the memory card slot
   12. Insert the microSD memory card into the memory card adaptor
   13. Insert the memory card adaptor into the memory card reader
   14. Insert the memory card reader into the USB slot on the PC
   15. Navigate to the desired Photo/Video destination location, using Windows Explorer, then paste the Photo(s)/Video(s) into the destination on the PC

Normally, this phone accepts the microSD memory card.
So whatever would make it not to collect the memory can only depend on two things.
The first thing being that you are not trying to insert the memory card in the right way and
the second thing being that you may not be trying to insert a microSD card.
Also, ensure you are inserting it into the right slot and not the slot for another connection other than the memory card.

1st did you format it to fat16, if you did , 2 insert into phone, save picts to memory card (refer to your phones user manual)

If you have inserted password in it then you need to put the memory card in your phone to unlock it by entering the password.

for phones:shut down the phone,insert the microSD when the cell phone is shuted down and inserted the microSD,now power on the phone and download for your phone from internet a software antivirus or puts on microSD Adapter and connects on your PC with card reader and scan with antivirus the microSD and delete this.

First of all, please make sure your memory card is microSD card, then open the microSD slot access panel located on bottom right side as u mention. Position the microSD card perpendicular to the opening and gently slide it into place until it is fully inserted and locked. Once successfully insert, the microSD card icon will be display on phone screen.

You need a USB cable plug it in the phone and to the computer as well.

you insert it in the side of the phone. the lower portion of the slider on the readers right side. the little flap pulls out sightly and swings away. insert MicroSD card and it should click in place. cover back up and should be good to go.
