Mmm, everything but sound. i'm guessin that the sounds is turned on in the menu and turned up to a known good level. so i would take off the back check all connctors to see if they are all pushed in correctly. if you still have no sound. look around for damage.
I would start looking for burnt resistor or audio ic, check voltages.
if you see somethng between a heat sync and an ic that is not firm but melted, then clean it up and try to get another piece from another area of the board buy cutting one in half. also if you don't see any problems. then i would check to see if you need a firmware upgrade. I believe that only service techs like me are allowed to do this. enless the company sends it to you.
the worst case would be that the main board needs replaced.

That model is an LCD that uses a backlight. Probably with CCFL tubes. They are known to have bad inverter supplies. Its an old TV though. Keep that in mind.

No sound with HDMI cable and Xbox 360

FROM THE TOSHIBA MENU, (FIRST MAKE SURE YOU ARE SET TO
THE HDMI PORT THAT THE XBOX IS PLUGGED INTO) THEN SELECT
HDMI SETTINGS, UNPLUG HDMI CABLE FROM THE TOSHIBA TV (LCD
FLAT, MINE IS A 42") WAIT FOR THE SETTINGS TO HIGHLIGHT OR NOT
BE GRAYED OUT, THEN TURN OFF THE THREE SETTINGS, FOR COLOR
AND LIP-SYNC., SCROLL DOWN AND PRESS THE RESET BUTTON,
WAIT FOR MESSAGE TO APPEAR. TURN OFF THE TV AND PLUG IN THE XBOX.
TURN EVERY THING BACK ON. SEE IF IT WORKS.
NOT ALL CABLES ARE THE SAME AND NOT ALL TVS ARE THE SAME.
READ THE TV OWNERS MANUAL CAREFULLY, (RTFM), I FOUND A NOTE ABOUT
THESE SETTING ON THE SPECIFICATIONS PAGE.
