Re: how to download to computer
After you have finished shooting, you need to finalise the disk. Then the disk can be transferred to your PC for editing - use PC Shrink- ie remove all those unwanted shots. If you do not have the manual it can be found here:

I have a Samsung recorder, and it requires you to "finalize" the disc before it will play on another unit. Check your manual for specifics, or look in your menu for the "finalize disk" option. Hope this helps...
This is simply a matter of using your DVD player on your computer. I am assuming you do have one. Once the disc is finalized, you can insert it into the DVD player and use Windows Explorer (NOT Internet Explorer) to copy the disc over to your My Documents>My Videos folder. Note: Windows Explorer can be found in Start>All Programs>Accessories>Windows Explorer.
If you are not familiar with doing that, just comment back and I'll give you a little tutorial.
All you should have to do is finalize the disc. Put it in your DVD drive and select the scenes and photos. you need to have DVD playback software to play the disc also if its a DUAL layer disc you have to make sure the drive in your PC can play DL. Enjoy, Lee
The DC210 will only work with with Mini DVD -R or -RW. I had the same problem when the BestBuy salesman sold me +RW Mini DVD with the DC210. I went back to the store and got them changed for +RW and I was then able to use the DC210.
