Power supply information

It comes on some times.some times is dead.

The fault is most likely in the power supply, or one of the other boards in the set has a fault condition that is causing the power supply to shut down. The only way to service the set is by doing board swaps to determine the defective board(s).

If you call DELL, they will tell you where to send the set for service.

Wiring coming from the power suply at top is burnt and i am in need of information to connect it it to plug. It is the wiring on the top of the board beside a smaller plug. Any help would be appreciated.

The power supply board is dead.That the board,where the power a/c cord plug into the board.Any connections of wires or connectors are burns.Power supply board is dead,might be effected to the other boards in the tv, that could be damaging to other boards too.But tries websites like Shopjimmy.com,Ebay.com to buy a refurbish power supply board for the replacement first,see what happen.
