The green light comes on, w/audio but no Video or menu screen. when powered off the green light flashes 10 times and turns amber. I have replace the power supply board and the main board, the result is the same. After a hard reset, a faint clicking sound can be heard however the cooling fans do not come on. Any suggestions as what to try next will be greatly appriciated.

Do you have an amber pilot light? If yes power supply is working. If amber light turns green when power button is pressed then set is turning on. If not then you problem is most likely on the main board, the panel that has all the inputs on it. Is the monitor set to an input with audio Set defaults to AV1 input when power is removed. The most common problem with this set is sound ok no picture. This is a display problem usually Y or Z sus boards. If it is truly no sound and no pix then the problem is in ether the power supply or the main board.
