We have a purplish hue showing up on screen. I work for the Illinois Department of Public Health. So far I have not been able to correct the problem. We are using the RGB1 connection as we always do and using the same laptop. There are 550 hours of time on the lamp. The filter has been cleaned. What could be causing the purplish hue and is there a fix for it?
Thank you.

Thank you this worked. In the meantime we finally got a hold of a support person at 3M. They also said use a new vga (rgb) cable. That fixed the problem. The older cable does get a lot of abuse, it is used in a conference room where it is connected and disconnected to different laptops. Over the 4 years we have used it, it finally gave out.
Excellent help, thank you.
