Copier says replace drum soon. Can I do that or doew it need to go to repai?. Is it worth it or better to buy new again? I'm not sure that is why it won't print at all. The copies go to the machine and it just keeps stacking them up. I then go in and cancel all copies...............Copier says replace drum soon. Can I do that or doew it need to go to repai?. The following is based on the assumption that the Imagerunner 2320 is already connected your network. If it isn't, that's the first thing that needs to be done.
It's your computer that needs to be configured. Follow the instructions on page 55 of the User's Manual,
you open up the front door of the copier..... the developer handle down and the toner loading hand open . to the left of the toner holder there is a small panel with a single screw in it. remove that screw and the whole drum assembly should slide out
Does your copier have the finisher or saddle to have staples? There should be instructions in the user manuals for replacing staples. If you don't have the user manuals, I'd ask Canon to purchase replacement copies or look on the web.

For problems with the hard disk on the Canon ImageRunner (my model is 2220n):
Step 1: Unplug the unit (leaving power switch on), and then plug back in while holding down the 1 and 9 keys
Step 2: Wait. The hard disk will reformat - you should see at first a flashing white block in the upper right hand corner, then you will see white blocks building rows on the screen left to right with the screen eventually filling entirely. This may take an hour or more.
Step 3: After reformatting, your screen should say "Download Mode" at the bottom. Now just turn the machine off, unplug it for a few seconds, plug it back in, and then turn it on (you must switch power toggle off and then on - not sure if unplugging is necessary but it worked for me).
This site is great and has saved us at least $1,000 on copier repair this year - repairs that really didn't require a tech at all.
