Question about Creative Labs ZEN Vision:M Digital Media Player
I upgraded the firmware, but the device still won't charge. Blue light is on but not blinking. Power supply shows it's plugged in, but no lightning bolt. Any new ideas?? What am I missing?
I had this problem with a different Vision M and the upgrade fixed the problem. But not this time. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!!
This could be a hardware issue, but try this:
Try this: disconnect the player from the computer, turn it off, hold in the volume + button, and reconnect the player to the computer while holding the volume + button in. Keep holding the volume + button for an additional 5-50 seconds. Windows should eventually go into recovery mode and revive the player- it will pop up a window that says Found New Hardware Wizard.
