I have an Olympus C5060 camera, and with it came the Camedia Master 4.1. I also purchased the Pro upgrade. I recently purchased a new computer, a compaq Presario, with Windows XP Home. I also, more recently, purchaseed an Epson Photo RX595 porinter. I had some problens having the printer recognized by the computer, and now when I attempt to print pictures with the Camedia 4.1 and check the for "Properties" I get the notice "Failed to summon the printer options". I uninstalled the camedia program and reinstalled it several times with the same results. What can I do?

The camera is a standard connect camera and what we recommend for XP and Vista users is to look into purchasing a smartmedia card reader that connects to USB port so that you are able to transfer images using the reader as opposed to connecting camera to PC. The camera connection is not XP or Vista compliant.
