Try www.logitec.com when I did this it took me to somewere else but just click on go to logitec, in the search field in the upper right hand corner type in "drivers" click on "downloads" on the next page, then search for your product name, shuld get the drivers you need. good luck hope this helps.
If you have the Original Installation CD for the Device.
Try installing from The CD.
If not try add/remove from the device manager.
if it,s USB Try, installing in A Different Slot ( Hub )
Look in the sys/devices to see if The Hardware has a Driver Problem ( yellow Exclamation Mark ) if so remove the device.
reboot computer, let the computer detect, and install.
When this happened to me with my web cams, Vista has always installed my cameras with the "Look 321P" driver, after I told it to "Search the 'net" for "Drivers". So try that it has worked for me on a number of occasions as I said.
