Call 1-800-835-6100 and explaing the problem that your screen is blank.
That is a known problem with that printer and Xerox will replace it free of charge.
You can contact them online, at Xerox.com also.
But they will replace that display for you.

TI calculators have an annoying habit of dimming the screen, especially when the batteries are changed, so that it appears as if the calculator isn't turning on. Turn the calculator on (or at least press the ON key). Press and release the 2ND key. Press and hold the Up-arrow key for a few seconds and see whether the screen becomes legible. If this isn't the problem, please reply to this post and give a fuller description of the problem.
Hello, problem is from the flex. The flex is connected to the screen. Sometimes the flex worn out and the screen won't display. The flex is connected to the phone board. This is common with flip and slide phones. The flex worn out as a result of constant opening and closing of the phone.
Have the flex replaced and phone display should be restored.
I'm sorry, but this isn't possible. The screens are two different sizes. The Satellite C655-S5132 has a 15.6" Widescreen display while the Satellite L305-S5919 has a 15.4" Widescreen display. The two aren't interchangeable. Sorry! Thanks, and have a great day!
