"You must have a serial number prior to installation."-CS3

Either a serial number OR a Coupon Code is located on a page inserted into the box.

1>Enter that serial number to install the Adobe software
OR
>Go to Adobe.com, enter the Coupon Code, and they will email your serial number(s).

2>If you are typing the serial number provided, and still getting nothing, call customer service. They will be happy to assist you with the problem. (They will, at least, ACT happy to help anyway.) ;o)

3>If the serial number is missing, go back to step 2>
