Our 3month old Toshiba 42" 1920X1080 HDLCD TV suddenly developed a no signal dialogue box on the screen. I plugged the anntenna cable into a CRT TV and proved that the signal was OK. The machine operates fine when playing a DVD. Can anyone offer a solution to the problem, or is their the possibility that the built in Digital decoder has gone on the blink???

Tries tv and cables or satellites boxes unplug, replug it back again like about an hour later.Tv will be resetting itself back to the factory setting and those boxes will updates it softwares. The tv should be working again. If have the same problems as before.Than the tv have a Tuner signal board problems, call Toshiba for a warrenty repair.
Try resetting the TV by leaving it unplugged for an hour.
Plug it back in and check to see if it works normally.
If that doesn't work, rule out the Directv box by pressing the reset button near the access card. The box could be putting out a signal that doesn't have video or audio. If everything fails, have the tech man come back to check everything that he did before you use the warranty on the TV.
