If you mean locked to a certain network then you can find codes and software in the Nokia forums to solve this. If you mean the phone is completely locked because the network has blocked it then you can also get it working again byb using certain software but be aware that if you get caught its illegal and you could face up to 5 years in prison. The only solution for 6300 is go to phone shop or nokia repair centre. Then ask for your phone to be flashed, you may need proof of purchase. Your phone will be fully cleared- back up your things first.
