Hello,
If that model number EOC68000X is correct then in the manuals I have for that Model there is no Demo mode setting. If you can supply the PNC number then I will investigate further.Try relogging your call with this information.

Hope this helps.

F&p OB60SL11DEPX1 built in oven. Bought this as an off the floor demo. Just installed it. All the functions, clock etc work but elements not heating up. Troubleshooting says it might be in demo mode!!

It could also be a faulty circuit breaker. If one of them trips internally it may not trip the handle or indicate one is tripped. This situation allows only 120 volts to reach the oven instead of 220. That's why the clock functions but not the elements. To turn off Demo Mode:
1. Press SETTINGS 12 times. "Demo Mode" and "ON. Press (1) to OFF" will appear in the display text area.
2. Press the "1" keypad to change the Demonstration Mode setting to Off.
3. "OFF Selected" will scroll in the text area. Demo Mode has been turned Off.

Eecrolux combination wall oven / microwave is in demo mode model# ew30mc65jb

Good Morning Rolf, thanks for your post!

Based off the information you have provided your Electrolux wall oven/microwave combination is stuck in demo mode. The best way to remove demo mode from your wall oven/microwave combo is to hold the oven light button and the on/off keys at the same time and you should be able to toggle in and out of demo mode. Hopefully this is helpful. -Matt

How do I turn off demo mode for KitchenAid Model KEBS179BSS00

The following is from your Users Manual:

Demo Mode IMPORTANT: This feature is intended for use on the sales floor with 120 V power connection and permits the control features to be demonstrated without heating elements or burners turning on. If this feature is activated, the oven will not work.
1. Press OPTIONS until "DEMO MODE" is displayed.
2. The current setting will be displayed.
3. Press the "1" keypad to adjust the setting.
4. Press START to save the setting.
5. Press OFF to exit and display the time of day http://www.kitchenaid.com/digitalassets/KERS306BSS/Use%20and%20Care_EN.pdf

MY OVEN WON'T HEAT

Hello - Does any part of the range work? I would recommend verifying that a fuse is not blown or a circuit breaker tripped. Test the power outlet with a lamp, hair dryer, etc. Another questions, does "Loc" appear in the display if any button is pushed? The Oven Lockout feature automatically locks the oven door, prevents the warmer drawer and most oven controls from being turned ON. If so, press and hold CLEAR/OFF for 3 seconds. A beep will sound. LOC will clear. The "DOOR LOCKED" will continue to flash until the oven door has completely unlocked. Does the clock display "Sd" or "dddd"? If so, the clock is in sales demo mode. Press and hold the "BAKE TIME" button for 6 seconds to exit sales demo mode. If this does not prove to be successful, contact a professional to have EOC diagnosed and/or to confirm that there isn't a wiring failur
