    Hi Ginko,

Sorry I was not aware that I left a negative feedback -- but your suggestion really helped me. So I guess this comment or this late 'thanks' will cheer you up. Best of luck.

Hi.

The mouse needs 2 2 AAA batteries.

The manual is available here. Click on download at the top of Pleomax page and select the model.

This mouse does not need drivers. Plug in the wireless unit and the drivers should be installed automatically. Put batteries first.

Here a forum on the topic.

You need to have a driver for your mouse to operate windows 7 normally. Obtain the driver from its official website. Windows 7 is new that is why there are some many hardwares are yet to be compatible for it.

The red light of the mouse turns off. i take out the batteries and put them back in and it works only for a minute. the batteries are new. what'srong?

The light should turn off after some time of inactivity, to conserve battery power. Normally pressing a button on the mouse wakes it up.

Help please

Try putting your thumb on the triangle holes, where it says pleomax on the top.
You can then slide that bit off and the usb plug that came with it actually slides in there and not in to the computer.
On either side of the mouse you will also find to sets of grooves which are there for you to grip so you can slide the silver surround off, the batteries should go in either side.
Hope that helps
