Try cleaning your battery terminals with a wire brush or sandpaper. You will need the proper wrench for this precedure. Retighten & start. If this fails, try taping the starter with a screwdriver. Sometimes this will free up a sticking starter selinoid. If this fails you may need a new starter. Hope this helps. Good luck!
If it works fine with the heater off then i would say that fault appears to be element..the readings you get seem okay, put you meter onto megs and check, with wires off if you get electrical leakage between live and earth...Body....of element, it could be element is heating with no water in machine causing it to burn out..this is a problem with this machine...Wish you well
Check routing of fuel lines (too close to heat source like muffler, catalytic converter - check for missiong heat shield around exhaust). Sounds as you are having a fuel vapor-lock.
Could be ignition position sensor coil (not ignition coil) but not so likely.
What is everything? does just the engine stops running, or does the heater fan and headlight stop too, does the the radio and parking lights stop working? does the starter engage after it stops? If you answer this question I will be able to help you.
