You need to press the Phone or Speaker button or the soft key for Phone (see the LCD screen) after entering the phone number to dial the phone. Until you do, you can edit the phone number without actually making the call.

sir is it blinks with white screen only or blinks with white screen then shut down? -if the phone can receive/send text and mms messages while the incoming and outgoing calls become shut down,i think you need to replace the battery because it is weak.use only original battery. -and if it is blink with white screen only try to reset all settings or reformat your phone,if not work hardware problem go to repair shop.
Hi, I had the same problem few days back. I am using Nokia N95 with a
Vodafone service. Any call I receive simply showed "Call" and on
checking the call log, says "No Number". this problem is not with the
phone, but with the network. I checked with the Vodafone customer
associate, I got to know I din't submit my documents to them which is
required on an yearly basis and so my phone had this problem.
So if u r also having same problem as I had, try contacting ur network
service associates and they could help you fixing the problem.
A soft-reset will sometimes fix minor issues like your having. Take the battery out of the back of the phone and wait 30 seconds before replacing battery. If this does not solve your issue than more than likely your CE0168 is experiencing hardware issues. This is a good opportunity if you have insurance or you are within your manufacturer's warranty to have this device diagnosed.
My best recommendation would be to check with your nearest carrier for a service/repair store to check out your best options.
What happens to the incoming calls? Check that you have not set the phone so that calls are diverted to voice mail or another number. Call your service provider and they will probably be able to send you a "service message" that will reset that.
