I have purchased a Sony Ericsson K750i mobile phone before 1 & half year....it was working perfectly OK & it's music player was marvellous but on date 25 Oct. 2007 it suddenly got hang while i was talking on phone & it was not starting properly,.... then i had to refresh it's software but after refreshing it's music player's sound quality, efficiency, loudness is badly affecteed & now due to this i dont listen music on my phone.. i miss music,,,, also one feature MEGA BASS is quite disabled after refreshing. Means my phone is useless in view of music as K750i is known for a very good sound quality. Please suggest a solution.

Dear Sir, I am Ravindra Kumar Tiwari from Jamshedpur , Sir I purchase the sony ericsson k750i mobile phone before 1 year . When I purchased this phone all thing well but I am facing a problem with this phone i.e when i insert the memory card into my phone memory "The Phone is hang up and but when i collect the memory card out side " this is work properly . I visit to your showroom but they did not respond properly . When I visit to ur Service Center they told me repearing of this mob. phone is not avaliable at jamshedpur .
for ur 1st problem....check the capacity of ur memory card. if the memory card is fine then try 2 reset the phone. if either of these does'nt work then format mmc.
for ur 2nd problem.....after connecting ur phone with ur pc, in the removable disc u'll be getting many sub folders like for images, music and videos. Better copy ur video file in the folder for videos in ur phone. then go to file manager in the menu of ur phone and check for ur file.
hi, if u r using vista,then unistall pc-suit & connect ur mobile, it asks for drivers ,download them and install. k750i drivers available from sonyericsson.com website.
